    1. On page 1, line 13, strike “RECONCILING” and strike line 14 in its entirety.

    2. On page 8, line 7, through page 11, line 1, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
