    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 508

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 10, before “annually” insert “in conjunction with the New Mexico sentencing commission,”.

    2. On page 2, line 21, strike “and”.

    3. On page 2, line 24, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof “; and”.

    4. On page 2, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new paragraph:

                       “(3) use the state uniform statutory charge codes for the automated fingerprint identification system and use uniform crime incident reporting as provided by the department for all incidents and arrests.”.
