    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 510

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 25, strike "national medical standards" and insert in lieu thereof "the evidence-based recommendations established by the United States preventive services task force".

     2. On page 2, line 17, strike "national medical standards" and insert in lieu thereof "the evidence-based recommendations established by the United States preventive services task force".

     3. On page 3, lines 8 and 9, strike "national medical standards" and insert in lieu thereof "the evidence-based recommendations established by the United States preventive services task force".

     4. On page 3, line 23, strike "national medical standards" and insert in lieu thereof "the evidence-based recommendations established by the United States preventive services task force".,          

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
