AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THE NEW MEXICO BOWL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico sports authority for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to support and promote the New Mexico bowl. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
