has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 15, through page 5, line 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

     2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     3. On page 12, lines 11 through 20, strike Section 4 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
