has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 23 and 24, strike “pursuant to a bind-over order”.

    2. On page 3, line 24, strike “a” and insert in lieu thereof “the district attorney’s entry of appearance in a case charged by”.
