    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 822

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 20, after "senate" insert ", who shall not be of the same political party".

     2. On page 5, line 22, after "representatives" insert ", who shall not be of the same political party".

     3. On page 9, line 13, after the comma, add “or the scope of its powers and duties”.

     4. On page 10, strike lines 3 and 4 in their entirety and strike line 5 through the semicolon.

     5. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
