    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 906

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 20, after the second occurrence of "state" insert "four-year".

     2. On page 4, strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "full actuarial present value of the amount of the increase in the member's pension as a consequence of the purchase as determined by the association within sixty days of the date the member is informed of the purchase cost;".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
