AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR AN ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM AT NORTHERN NEW MEXICO COLLEGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for the Anderson school of management to provide a consultant to prepare a strategic plan for an entrepreneurship program at northern New Mexico college. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
