AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS FEASIBILTY STUDY FOR SAN MIGUEL, MORA AND GUADALUPE COUNTIES.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico department of agriculture for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for an agricultural products feasibility study for San Miguel, Mora and Guadalupe counties. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
