AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FEASIBILITY PLAN OF AN ASSISTED LIVING CENTER IN GRADY.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for the village of Grady for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to conduct a feasibility plan for the development of an assisted living center in the village of Grady. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
