    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1083

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 17, line 8, strike "and".

     2. On page 17, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(24) receiving or transferring stolen vehicles or motor vehicles as provided in Section 30-16D-6 NMSA 1978; and".

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
