    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1100, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1.  Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 2.

    2. On page 8, line 1, remove the brackets and line through "an adult" and strike the second occurrence of "a".

    3. On page 8, line 4, after the period insert the following:

    "For purposes of state police member and correctional officer member coverage plan 1, only the actual credited service earned by a juvenile correctional officer member after the plan became applicable to that member shall be increased by twenty percent.".

    4. On page 9, line 3, strike "payment" and insert in lieu thereof "normal or disability retirement or payment of normal or disability retirement benefits".

    5. On page 11, line 17, strike "ten and twenty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "eight and twenty-nine".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
