HOUSE BILL 1180

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 7, after "municipality" insert "that is a

home rule municipality or that has a population of at least twenty-five thousand according to the most recent federal decennial census".

     2. On page 3, line 8, before "county" insert "a class A or H class".
