    Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 10, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Item 3 of Senate Floor Amendment 3.

     2. On page 5, line 7, strike the closing quotation mark.

     3. On page 5, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subsection:

          "D. Any person violating the provisions of Subsection A or B of this section as it pertains to cocks:

                (1) upon a first conviction, is guilty of a petty misdemeanor;

                (2) upon a second conviction, is guilty of a misdemeanor; and

                (3) upon a third or subsequent conviction, is guilty of a fourth degree felony."".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
