SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 3 to SENATE BILL 10, as amended

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR GARCIA

     1. Strike Items 1 and 3 of Senate Floor Amendment No. 1.

     2. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendment No. 2.

     3. On page 5, strike the closing quotation mark and between

lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subsection:

          "D. Any person violating the provisions of Subsection A or

B of this section as it pertains to cocks: 

                (1) upon a first conviction, is guilty of a petty misdeameanor;

                (2) upon a second conviction, is guilty of a misdeameanor; and

                (3) upon a third and subsequent conviction."".
