DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 5, strike "or".

    2. On page 5, line 6, after the semicolon insert "or".

    3. On page 5, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following new subparagraph:

                  "(v) certified registered nurse anesthetist;".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
