    1. On page 1, line 20, after the initial comma insert "producers,".

    2. On page 5, line 16, strike "pending" and insert in lieu thereof "filed" and after "on" insert "or after".

    3. On page 5, line 17, after "act" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 18 through "date".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
