AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MULTIPLE ACADEMIC PATHWAYS FOR STUDENTS PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thirty-one thousand six hundred ten dollars ($131,610) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for the multiple academic pathways for students program to increase the accessibility and usage of academic support programs for university students. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
