    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 111, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendment 2.

     2. On page 2, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(2) by a law enforcement officer who is certified pursuant to the Law Enforcement Training Act acting in accordance with the policies of the officer's law enforcement agency;".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
