has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 3, line 17, after "number" insert a comma.
2. On page 3, line 18, strike "or" and after "password" insert "or similar device".
3. On page 4, line 12, after "fact" insert "by the consumer".
4. On page 4, line 13, after "agency" insert "intending to remove a freeze on a consumer's credit report due to a material misrepresentation of fact by the consumer" and after "notify" strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "the".
5. On page 5, line 9, after "place" insert ", temporarily lift".
6. On page 7, line 2, after "(9)" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 3 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "a person or entity for use in setting or adjusting an insurance rate, adjusting an insurance claim or underwriting for insurance purposes".
7. On page 7, line 10, after "report" insert ", alleging the crime of identity theft,".
8. On page 8, line 3, after "of" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 4 up to "consumer" and insert in lieu thereof "one or more".
9. On page 9, line 21, after "number" insert a comma and strike "or".
10. On page 9, line 22, after "password" insert "or similar device".
11. On page 10, line 5, after "number" insert a comma.
12. On page 10, line 6, strike "or" and after "password" insert "or similar device".,
and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
