    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 186

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 1, after "and" strike the remainder of the line and on line 2, strike "officer's" and insert in lieu thereof "whose".

    2. On page 2, line 2, after "officer" insert "is being concealed".

    3. On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subsection:

         "C. The department of public safety shall adopt rules necessary to determine the eligibility of undercover narcotics agents for paid life insurance pursuant to Subsection A of this section.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
