SENATE BILL 194

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, line 10, after "incarcerated" insert "; or".

    2. On page 7, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new paragraph to read:

             "(4) if the nonviolent offender fails a drug screening test within ten days of the offender's scheduled

release".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
