    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 288

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 7, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof a colon and the following paragraph:

             "(1) "conference committee" means a committee consisting of three members from each house appointed by the president pro tempore of the senate and the speaker of the house; and".

    2. On page 2, line 7, before ""meeting"" insert the paragraph designation "(2)".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
