AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND A STAFF ATTORNEY AND COMPUTER TECHNICIAN FOR THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty thousand nine hundred dollars ($160,900) is appropriated from the general fund to the eleventh judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to hire a staff attorney and a computer technician for the eleventh judicial district court in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
