has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 1, strike colon.

    2. On page 2, strike lines 1 through 5 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof “facility who has direct unsupervised contact with residents. A volunteer will be responsible for the cost of the background.”,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
