has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 7 through 11, remove the brackets and line-through.

    2. On page 2, lines 20 and 21, strike "ten million dollars ($10,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "forty million dollars ($40,000,000)".

    3. On page 2, lines 23 and 24, strike "ten million dollars ($10,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "forty million dollars ($40,000,000)".

    4. On page 3, line 11, strike "BBB" and insert in lieu thereof "AA".

    5. On page 3, line 19, strike "BBB" and insert in lieu thereof "AA".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
