HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 634, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Representative W. Ken Martinez

    1. On page 3, line 9, after "schools", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 10 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "to be located in public buildings or in buildings being acquired by charter schools pursuant to a lease purchase agreement.".

    2. On page 5, line 5, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    3. On page 5, line 10, strike the semicolon, strike lines 11 through 24 in their entirety and strike line 25 up to the period.
