    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 760

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 3, after "table" insert a period and:

    "Pursuant to Subsection H of this section, a resident who applies a portion of the rebate to the cost of motor vehicle insurance may claim an increase over the amount in the following table up to twenty-five percent of the cost of that resident's motor vehicle liability insurance at the minimum limits required by the Mandatory Financial Responsibility Act".

    2. On page 5, line 4, strike "a portion" and insert in lieu thereof "an increase".

    3. On page 5, line 5, strike "basic motor vehicle insurance" and insert in lieu thereof "motor vehicle liability insurance at the minimum limits required by the Mandatory Financial Responsibility Act".

    4. On page 5, line 6, strike "fifty" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-five".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
