    1. On page 1, line 23, after "probation" insert "or pretrial release".

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike "convicted of" and insert in lieu thereof "charged with", and after "or" insert "charged with or convicted of".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
