has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, before "AEROSOL", insert "OR".

     2. On page 1, line 12, after "PAINTS", strike "AND PERMANENT MARKERS".

     3. On page 1, line 15, before "AEROSOL", insert "OR".

     4. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "AND PERMANENT MARKERS".

     5. On page 1, line 16, before "aerosol", insert "or".

     6. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "or permanent markers with a writing surface of three-eighths inch or greater".

     7. On page 1, line 23, before "aerosol", insert "or".

     8. On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike "or markers".

     9. Reconcile these amendments with previous amendments to the same page and lines.
