AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR A DIGITAL MEDIA OUTREACH PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to support a digital media outreach program in Bernalillo county to train youth in digital media arts. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
