AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR UNDERGRADUATE ART-RELATED TRAVEL AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to provide funding for undergraduate students in the art department to travel to out-of-town art shows. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
