    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 942

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 8, after "conclusive", insert ", if supported by substantial evidence," and after "unless", insert "the action and decision are".

    2. On page 41, strike line 7 in its entirety and on line 8, strike "authority election.".

    3. On page 69, line 10, strike "twenty" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty".

    4. On page 69, line 14, strike "twenty" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty".

    5. On page 74, strike lines 4 through 8 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

    "Section 102. OPEN MEETINGS ACT.--All actions and business of the board, including the first board appointed by the governor, shall be conducted pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.".
