has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 14, after "in" insert "one".

    2. On page 3, line 14, strike "activities" and insert in lieu thereof "athletic activity".

    3. On page 3, line 20, after the period insert "The school district shall verify each home school student's academic eligibility to participate in school district athletic activities.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
