has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "SEMIPROFESSIONAL" and insert in lieu thereof "PROFESSIONAL".

    2. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "public education department" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico sports authority".

    3. On page 1, line 19, strike "semiprofessional" and insert in lieu thereof "professional".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
