SENATE BILL 1149, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "An elementary school nurse shall administer an annual" and insert in lieu thereof "A school nurse or the nurse's designee, a primary care health provider or a lay eye screener shall administer a".

    3. On page 3, line 4, strike "the least expensive".

    4. On page 3, line 6, strike the line up to the period.
