Fund.
SIGNIFICANT ISSUES

ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
Local Government Division of the Department of Finance would need to determine the process
and criteria required to reimburse the City of Farmington for expenditures of education and
sports programs.
WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES OF NOT ENACTING THIS BILL
If HB 722 is not passed, the City of Farmington will have to pursue other, chiefly local, revenue
sources to operate education and sports programs in FY08.
