House Agriculture and Water Resources Committee amendment to House Memorial 93 reflects
the following language:
1. On page 2, line 12, strike “the" and strike “department of agriculture" and insert
in lieu thereof “state university".
2. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike the second “the" and “department of
