Synopsis of Bill

House Resolution 2 proposes adoption of a House rule that would prohibit House members from

participating in closed conference committee meetings and require that members appointed to the

conference committee notify the chief clerk of the time and place of the meeting. The chief clerk

shall the time and place of the meeting in the chief clerk’s office.
