SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 104 amends the motor vehicle code to add an educational requirement for obtaining
an initial non-franchise license to conduct business as an auto dealer, auto recycler or title service
company. Applicants would be required to complete eight hours of training that is approved by
the Taxation and Revenue Department’s Motor Vehicle Division.
