has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "FOR PUBLICATION OF" and insert in lieu thereof "THAT LINKS OR INTEGRATES STATE, COUNTY, MUNICIPAL AND OTHER".

     2. On page 1, line 12, after "ADVERTISEMENTS", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and strike line 14 up to the period.

     3. On page 1, line 24, after "of" insert "previously published".

     4. On page 2, line 8, after "that" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "aggregates previously published".

     5. On page 2, line 13, after "Mexico" insert "press association, the New Mexico".
