    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE MEMORIAL 52

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "THAT A WORK GROUP BE ASSEMBLED TO EVALUATE WHAT EFFECTS MAY EXIST FROM" and insert in lieu thereof "THE AGRICULTURAL AVIATION ASSOCIATION REPORT ON THE RULES REGULATING".

    2. On page 2, strike lines 4 through 6 in their entirety.

    3. On page 2, line 11, after "MEXICO" strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 12 through 22 in their entirety.

    4. On page 2, line 23, strike "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED" and strike "director" and insert in lieu thereof "agricultural aviation association".

    5. On page 2, strike line 24 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "rules regulating aerial applications made to agronomic crops near schools to the appropriate interim".

    6. On page 3, line 2, after the first "the" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 3 in its entirety, strike line 4 up to "and" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council".
