    1. On page 2, line 19, strike "fifteen" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-two".

    2. On page 3, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following new subsections:

         "E. two members, appointed by the governor, representing the environmental justice community;

         F. the state engineer or a designee of the state engineer;

         G. the secretary of environment or a designee of the secretary of environment;

         H. the secretary of energy, minerals and natural resources or a designee of the secretary of energy, minerals and natural resources;

         I. the secretary of health or a designee of the secretary of health;

         J. the secretary of human services or a designee of the secretary of human services;".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
