AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES MEDICAID WAIVER PROGRAM AND THE FAMILY INFANT TODDLER PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three million dollars ($3,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for a cost-of-living adjustment for the developmental disabilities medicaid waiver program and the family infant toddler program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
