House Bill 278, Making an Appropriation for Animal Sheltering and Other Services for Animals
in Rio Arriba County, appropriates $25.0 thousand from the general fund to DFA to provide
animal sheltering and other services in Espanola and Rio Arriba County
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $25.0 thousand contained in this bill is a non-recurring expense to the
general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY09 shall
revert to the general fund.
SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
HB 278 appropriates $25.0 thousand to DFA to provide animal sheltering, spay and neutering
