Synopsis of Bill

House Bill 510, Making an Appropriation for Bernalillo County to Conduct Graffiti Cleanup in

the South Valley, appropriates $25.0 thousand from the general fund to DFA for the purpose of

graffiti cleanup.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

The appropriation of $25.0 thousand contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general

fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY09 shall revert to the

general fund.

SIGNIFICANT ISSUES

The appropriation to DFA would be used to clean up graffiti in the South Valley of Bernalillo

County.
