House Memorial 26 honors twenty-six years of service by Dr. Bev Graham as the science

consultant at the public education department and declares Tuesday, February 5, 2008 "Bev

Graham Science and Math Day" at the New Mexico House of Representatives.

SIGNIFICANT ISSUES

The memorial further explains;

•

Dr. Bev Graham died on December 19, 2007; and

•

He dedicated his career to the furtherance of science and math education in New

Mexico's public schools;

•

That condolences be expressed to Dr. Graham's wife, Betty, and his son, Peter, and that

February 5, 2008 be declared "Bev Graham Science and Math Day" at the house of

representatives.
