HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number __1_ to   HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 9

    1. On page 1, line 14, after "PROCEEDS;" insert "AUTHORIZING SEVERANCE TAX BONDS;".

    2. On page 28, line 25, after "B." strike the remainder of the line and on page 29, strike line 1 and strike line 2 through "the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

    3. On page 29, line 3, strike "that subsection" and insert in lieu thereof "Subsection A of this section and those authorized in Subsection C of this section".

    4. On page 32, line 2, after "C." insert "If additional severance tax bond proceeds are needed to fund the projects up to the amount specified in Subsection B of this section, the state board of finance is authorized to issue severance tax bonds in that amount.".

    5. On page 32, line 3, after "issued" insert "pursuant to this subsection and those bonds issued".
