HOUSE BILL 111

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 24 and 25, strike "; provided, however, that the calculation does not include premium taxes".

     2. On page 3, line 6, after "interests", insert "less any premium tax paid pursuant to Section 59A-6-2 NMSA 1978".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
